OCCUPANCY:
Normal occupancy is two people per room. Any additional person will be charged extra, and Children above 10yrs will be charged.
Group bookings of four or more rooms requires a 30 day cancellation notice for the return of the deposit.
CANCELLATION AND EARLY CHECKOUT POLICY:
If your plans have changed, please inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. If the cancellation does not meet the guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged for the complete reservation days, and it cannot be re booked. In case you have not understood the hotel policies, please contact the hotel for clarification.
Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of “reserved nights”. For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would be 8 reserved nights. For this example, the 8 reserved night’s cancellation period is 14 days.
REFUND POLICY:
• Before One Week: 20% Amount deducted from total booking amount.
• Before Two days: 40% Amount deducted from total booking amount.
• Before One Day: 60 % Amount deducted from total booking amount.
• Before Four Hour: 90 % Amount deducted from total booking amount.
The processing will take between 5-6 Business days to reflect money in your account. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.
CHECK IN :
Normal check in time is 12 Noon Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to an additional charge as per Hotel terms.
MODIFICATIONS:
We require 7 days before original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification charges as per Hotel terms.
NON-ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL:
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
SHORTEN STAY:
Shorten stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period.
If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel.
SPECIAL REQUEST:
Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel only. In case that there is an accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation.
ONLINE POOJA BOOKING POLICY (REFUND POLICY):
• If pooja is cancelled before Two days than 80% amount Is refunded.
• If pooja is cancelled before One days than 60% amount Is refunded.
• If pooja is cancelled on pooja days than no refund will be provided.
BOOKING POLICY
• Online pooja can be booked minimum two days ago of pooja.
• Pooja can be booked starting from three months advance or before two days of pooja.
• Pooja can be performed for seelf or any other family/friends/relatives
• Pooja prasad will be deliver at your doorstep after pooja performed
• you will get booking sms & email regarding pooja details.
• if you want to shift pooja date please inform us two days prior of actual pooja date
• Room can be booked starting from three months advance or current date
• you will get booking sms & email regarding room booking details.
POLICY MODIFICATIONS
